Each party setup features a fabric teepee tent, a single mattress with a fitted sheet, a cozy blanket, a decorative cushion, a breakfast tray, fairy lights, and a variety of themed decorations.

While we don’t have a strict age requirement, we recommend our parties for children aged between 5 and 12 years old for the best Teepee Events experience.

Delivery and collection are included in the package price for customers in the Penrith and Blue Mountains surrounding suburbs. For locations outside these areas, an additional delivery fee will apply. Please contact us directly for a quote.

We cater to groups ranging from 2 to 20 people.

Our teepees are designed for indoor use only, as they are not weather-resistant.

Each teepee requires a space of 1.2 meters in width and 1.8 meters in length.

For most of our packages, we take care of the entire setup for you. If you choose a DIY package, we’ll provide an easy-to-follow instructional video to make the setup simple and hassle-free.

Your booking will be confirmed over the phone and followed by a confirmation email. A $100 holding deposit is required to secure your booking.

You will be required to pay the balance two weeks before your party.

We accept EFT (bank transfer) or Cash.

If you cancel within 4 weeks or less of the party date, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
