Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Teepee Events. By booking our teepee hire services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1. A $100 holding deposit is required to secure your booking.
1.2. Your booking will be confirmed via phone and followed by a confirmation email.
1.3. Full payment is required 7 days prior to the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
2.2. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
2.3. Changes to the booking date are subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the original event date.

3. Delivery and Setup

3.1. Delivery and collection are included for customers purchasing packages one and two within the Blue Mountains and Western Sydney region.
3.2. Additional delivery fees apply for locations outside our standard service area. Please enquire for a quote.
3.3. For DIY packages, an instructional video will be provided to assist with setup.

4. Usage Guidelines

4.1. Teepees are recommended for children aged 5 to 13 years for the best experience.
4.2. Adult supervision is required at all times during the use of our equipment.
4.3. No food, drinks, or pets are permitted inside the teepees to avoid damage.

5. Liability and Damages

5.1. The hirer is responsible for the care of all hired items for the duration of the hire period.
5.2. Any damages, stains, or missing items will incur repair or replacement costs, which will be invoiced to the hirer.
5.3. Teepee Events accepts no responsibility for injuries or accidents that occur during the hire period.

6. Safety and Hygiene

6.1. All teepees and accessories are cleaned and sanitized prior to each hire.
6.2. Fairy lights and electrical items must be used under adult supervision.

7. Event Space Requirements

7.1. Each teepee requires a space of 1.2 meters in width and 1.8 meters in length. Please ensure adequate space is available before booking.

8. Weather Policy

8.1. Teepee are not to be set up outside as they are not weather resistant. Any damages caused to the Teepees due to incorrect use will incur repair or replacement costs, which will be invoiced to the hirer.

9. Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
